Does exactly what it claims and does it well. This has saved me a whole lot of time and frustration keeping track of pay-outs and payments among friends and family.

This is the best app of its type available for the iPhone. It does exactly what it describes and performance is above average. I will continue using this app for all my small personal loan record keeping in the future!

Overall, I like this app....alot!! The only advice for any future updates.....instead of "delete" settled debts, users should have the option to "file" settled debts. So it can be viewed anytime. This would have saved me time on debates on what "was" paid or not.

Pro/s: Keeps track of who owes what seamlessly; User-friendly for people with common sense; Makes collecting debt easy & less awkward (I just take a pic & text it to friends saying "Heres an update of ur SpotMe" then I add a smiley face)

The idea and concept is great, but the lack of a way to edit initial amounts if you entered by mistake is frustrating!!! Its a cell phone! People fat finger numbers! I want to be able to edit without having to settle the debt!! I also found it annoying that I couldnt add a debt in without sending an invite to my friend, who may not want to use the app.

Very useful for roommates in college

Awesome app, just what I needed, an app that both roommates have access to so its not just 1 sided!! Now only if I could settle debts through this app lol!

Exactly what I was looking for.

This is by far the best way to track who owes you petty cash and for splitting household bills. Also, essential if you manage your girls finances. Suggestion: Approve settlement needed-- If my debtor says that he settled up and hasnt, I havent got a way to "un-settle"

UPDATE FOR IOS 7 ALREADY THEN I CAN USE IT AGAIN TOO SLOW NOW

*Feature Request* I want "Settled Confirmation" that way the owed party can confirm receipt of payment. This app rocks!! My wife loved borrowing $5 here $10/$20 there. Then when it was time to pay I get.. "I paid that.. I didnt borrow that much! ... I dont remember that..." Then to her dismay I found SpotMe and the emails and SMS reminders began to flow. I dont even need SpotMe for her cause it completely ended her borrowing habit! I can truly say this app has improved our marriage! Thank you SpotMe!

This worked very well with my boyfriend and our housemate with small debts, such as pizza and beer or quick trips to the grocery store. Everyone could see who was owed and ended the small squabbles about whos turn. Great app!

This app is handy, smart and easy to use if youre constantly borrowing/lending money from/to people. Its easy to keep track and even more if the other person also has the app. Update 1/19/15- What is going on with this app!!!??? It hasnt been updated in years I believe, its SO SLOW!!! I love the app and dont wanna give up my history of lending/borrowing, but I light soon if the app is not updated because It takes me forever to load any kind of update, whether its lending, borrowing, settling, anything. And, it also need a "delete" option that would allow to delete those Transactions that you enter mistakenly. It happens... Now I just settle them and write a note on them, but itd be easier if I could erase them.

Confusing, wasnt saving my information, immediately started spamming my friends as I was adding information. Ill stick to notes. Yuck.

This app makes dealing with housemates a cinch!! The bills are automatically deducted from my bank account and I sometimes find it tedious to figure out if my housemates already paid for their share. Removes the hassle in bill sharing, perfect for people with roomates/housemates.

Everyone has to have the app for it to work

Nice app but it could use a few more improvements. The UI needs to be updated. Id also like a confirmation or approval so the other party can confirm for various transactions.
